The Northwestern Pacific Railroad Historical Society (NWPRRHS) offers something to everyone who has an interest in the heritage of the Redwood Empire and its railroads. During the fifteen years since its founding, the Society has expanded to five hundred members in support of its mission.
Members receive two Society produced publications: a newsletter, The
Headlight, which keeps them abreast of railroading in the Redwood Empire, and a semiannual
illustrated magazine, The Northwesterner, which contains articles
of historical interest written by well known authors and historians.
Members pay annual dues based on the type of membership they have chosen. Several categories of membership are
available in the Society:
Student - $15.00
Regular - $30.00
Family - $45.00
Sustaining - $60.00
Contributing - $120.00
Life - $600.00
The membership year runs from January 1 - December 31. The Society has a 90 day grace period for membership dues.
Members who do not renew by March 31 are dropped from our roster. New members who join after October 1 are considered
paid in full for the next membership year.
Here's your invitation to join our Society. Won't you?
